Introduction
1. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to the Customer Referral Program (the “Program”), which allows participants to enter a monthly draw to win a £100 Amazon voucher by referring new customers.
2. By participating in the Program, referrers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
1. The Program is open to existing customers aged 18 or over.
2. The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously purchased a subscription for Roveel.
Referral Process
1. To qualify, the referrer must complete the referral page on the Roveel website and share to a new potential customer.
2. The new customer must purchase a subscription for the referral to be valid.
3. There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make; each successful referral will count as an additional entry into the draw.
Monthly Draw and Prize
1. A draw will take place on the first business day of each month.
2. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received in the previous month.
3. The winner will receive a £100 voucher, redeemable at Amazon.
4. The winner will be notified via email or phone within five business days of the draw.
General Conditions
1. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Any fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, will result in disqualification.
3. Complete Analytics Limited (t/a Roveel) reserves the right to amend or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice.
4. Any disputes relating to the Program will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.
5. GDPR Compliance: By participating in the Program, referrers confirm that they have obtained consent from the referred individual to share their personal data with Roveel. All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with Roveel’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
